QDo you speak English?
Yes. Lijin Clinic operates as an english speaking clinic with interpreters and coordinators on site, and also supports Japanese, Traditional Chinese and Thai — four languages in total. Consultation, consent and aftercare instructions are all given in your language.
QWhat are your opening hours?
Every day from 09:30 to 20:00, with a lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00. The clinic is open year-round, including weekends and public holidays.
QHow do I get there from my hotel?
The clinic is on the 3rd floor of the MG Finance Center at 55 Namdaemun-ro. It is a 3-minute walk from the Westin Josun Seoul and from Lotte Department Store, 6 minutes from Euljiro 1-ga Station Exit 7 (Line 2), and 9 minutes from Myeongdong Station Exit 5 (Line 4).
QWhich treatments do you perform most?
Potenza (3,295 cases), Ultherapy Prime (2,336), Thermage FLX (2,234) and Rejuran (2,034) between July 2025 and July 2026 — 9,899 procedures in total.
QHow do I know the devices are genuine?
Ultherapy Prime and Thermage FLX are both genuine devices, and Thermage FLX tips are opened from sealed cartridges in front of you. Both are visible in the clinic photos above.
QCan I book before I arrive in Korea?
Yes. WhatsApp and LINE are the fastest channels for international patients, and the clinic's booking page accepts reservations in advance. Telling us your travel dates first lets us plan around any downtime.
QIs there downtime after treatment?
It depends on the procedure. Potenza and Thermage FLX may leave redness after treatment; Ultherapy Prime may leave tenderness for a few days. Recovery and side effects vary with skin condition, the settings used and the individual, so the expected reaction and precautions are explained in an in-person consultation.
